Day 2 & 3 of Juice Fast

Hello fellow health friends :) 
I wasn't able to post my Day 2 yesterday due to being busy but here it is:
Morning  and med morning juice two servings: Green Citrus Juice
1 head of cabbage (or any other green leafy veggie put in at least 8 leaves ex. Lettuce, kale etc)
4 apples 
4 or oranges

Lunch and Supper Juice:


2 apples
2 pears( or 4 apples instead)
2 inch piece of ginger
6 carrots

Dessert: Peach or pear pie delight 
 
1 sweet potato
2 pears or peaches
A pinch or two of cinnamon

Makes 1 serving

Day 3

Apple Lemon Carrot breakfast and mid morning snack:
 Tastes like lemonade love this one! My son even loves it and he is the pickiest kid ever! He thought squirtle the turtle should be in the picture too!


6 carrots
4 apples
2 lemons

Green Lemonade lunch and supper:
2 apples 
4 handfuls of spinach 
8 to 16 kale leaves 
1 cucumber
4 celery sticks
2 lemons

Also a note that you should be drinking at least 500 to 600 ml of juice 4-5 times a day. Make sure to drink a hot water with lemon and ginger when you get up. Drink at least a liter of water during the day and can drink some coconut water if you get hungry or thirsty to hydrate yourself as well as a herbal tea at night! If you have questions please ask!

Juice fasting Day 1

So it's been a long time since I posted on this blog partly due to making scarves and not doing well health wise. I have discovered something I truly hope helps with that situation and have decided to do a juice fast or a "reboot". I recently watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly dead on netflix and decided to give it a try! So here is my first drink of the day on day 1. It is called a Sporty Spice and has beets in which give it that wonderful red color! 
I highly recommend watching the movie as it was very inspiring! The recipe for sporty spice will be below as well as a couple other recipes from my juice fast today. Also I have have not set a end date for the fast I'm kinda just playing it by ear. I am however trying to do it for at least 6 days. 

Sporty Spice (You will need a juicer)
4 beets
6 celery stalks
2 carrots
2 oranges
1 lemon
A few leaves of basil
Makes 2 servings of juice (1 for breakfast and 1 for mid morning snack)

Lunch is Joes Mean Green 
4 apples
8 kale leaves*
8 celery stalks
2 lemons
2 inch piece of ginger
2 cucumbers 
(Makes two servings one for lunch one for supper)
*Recipe said 16 leave of kale but that would be way to much for me to drink as it was I have over a litre of juice.
