Juice fasting Day 1

So it's been a long time since I posted on this blog partly due to making scarves and not doing well health wise. I have discovered something I truly hope helps with that situation and have decided to do a juice fast or a "reboot". I recently watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly dead on netflix and decided to give it a try! So here is my first drink of the day on day 1. It is called a Sporty Spice and has beets in which give it that wonderful red color! 
I highly recommend watching the movie as it was very inspiring! The recipe for sporty spice will be below as well as a couple other recipes from my juice fast today. Also I have have not set a end date for the fast I'm kinda just playing it by ear. I am however trying to do it for at least 6 days. 

Sporty Spice (You will need a juicer)
4 beets
6 celery stalks
2 carrots
2 oranges
1 lemon
A few leaves of basil
Makes 2 servings of juice (1 for breakfast and 1 for mid morning snack)

Lunch is Joes Mean Green 
4 apples
8 kale leaves*
8 celery stalks
2 lemons
2 inch piece of ginger
2 cucumbers 
(Makes two servings one for lunch one for supper)
*Recipe said 16 leave of kale but that would be way to much for me to drink as it was I have over a litre of juice.
